A Supper Club focussed on Menstrual Cycle Health 🩸

This evening is created for those wanting to gain a deeper understanding of how to live more in tune with their menstrual cycle; providing tips on how to fuel for the different stages of your cycle and potentially lessen the symptoms experienced throughout using diet and lifestyle factors.

We will be enjoying a 2-course plant-based supper, planned around nutrients which have been shown to ease symptoms associated with menstruation and support hormone health.

As well as this, Anna will be leading an informal discussion on menstrual cycle health, reducing PMS and eating for the different stages of your cycle. Handouts will be provided.

Anna Whyte is a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach with a special interest in Women’s Health and Digestion. She works 1-1 with clients to support them to take control of their health and feel their best, by encouraging diet and lifestyle changes which are well suited to personal health goals. She creates nutrition and lifestyle protocols to support symptom improvement, alongside improved health overall. Anna also offers some health food catering to showcase how healthy eating can be delicious, and to demonstrate how certain foods / nutrients can help to support certain health conditions.
