A relaxed and welcoming evening for anyone who’s been caught up in the busyness of life and is craving a moment to simply rest and take some quality time for themselves.
Together, we’ll create space to reflect on how far you’ve come so far this year, reconnect with what truly matters to you and get intentional about the months ahead.
Through guided reflection, journalling, open discussion and a breathwork practice, this session is designed to help you feel more peaceful, clear and connected... Both to yourself and those around you!
No pressure. No experience needed. No need to be “good” at journalling, mindfulness or breathwork. This is a beginner-friendly space designed simply to help you step away from the noise, your phone, all of the responsibilities and everyday routines for a pocket of time so that you can focus on yourself.
