Join Moira for a unique blend of journaling and yoga designed to cultivate mindfulness and mental clarity. Each session explores guided journaling prompts alongside five yoga postures, with optional alignment support and space for sharing. Breathwork and meditation techniques will enhance the experience, helping to organise thoughts and promote emotional balance.

You’re welcome to attend individual sessions or join the full six-week course for a deeper, more consistent practice. While committing to all six is recommended for the best results, you can drop in as needed—each session offers value on its own.
